From September 6 through November 2, demons, parasites, and other creatures will terrorize visitors of Universal Studios as part of this year’s Halloween Horror Nights. Featuring ten haunted houses and five scare zones, the 2019 event is packing more horrors than ever before. Let’s take a look at the upcoming frights of this year’s Halloween Horror Nights.
On the horrifying heels of Stranger Things 3, this year’s haunted maze will continue the terrors of last year and venture into the third season. Journey through your favorite scenes from Stranger Things as you head through Hopper’s cabin, around the Starcourt Mall, and into the Upside Down to escape the pursuit of Demodogs.
You’d better beware at this year’s classically twisted haunted house, Universal Monsters. Make your way through this terrifying maze and try to escape the grasp of Dracula and the Wolfman before Dr. Frankenstein’s monster comes to life. But, be careful during your journey, because you don’t know what other creatures you could awaken along the way.
Depths of Fear
Hold your breath, because this original haunted house is reaching new depths. The Depths of Fear house takes visitors through the perils of a deep-sea mining dive gone wrong. Workers stumble upon parasitic “Mouthbrooders” that infect the entire crew. You might be next! Race to make it out alive before the facility self-destructs or falls victim to the maddening contagion of the acid-spewing creatures.
Nightingales: Blood Pit
This original house is a horrifying look at history. There’s been a drought in Ancient Rome, and the evil emperor forces the gladiators to battle until the rain returns, but something else gets there first. Fight your way through Nightingales: Blood Pit and try to escape the clutches of the ravenous creatures that put fear in the bravest of gladiators.
Yeti: Terror of the Yukon
The biting weather is sure to give you the shakes, but there’s more behind this haunted house that will send chills down your spine. Pass through the logging camp of Yeti: Terror of the Yukon and witness the screams of horrified loggers trapped by the arctic blizzard and hunted by the monsters outside. Follow the bloodied path to the cave entrance and ready yourself for the terror that waits inside.
