Standard-DDLThe hotel includes 728 guest rooms. Rooms feature either two double beds or one king bed, as well as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & board, radio alarm clock, telephone with voicemail, electronic safe, 32 inch HD TV with premium movie channels, cable television, free wireless Internet, and individually controlled air conditioning & heat. Fully ADA compliant rooms are available upon request, including rooms with roll-in showers.

RegistrationThe Guest Services Concierge desk offers an extensive array of guest services fulfilling a wide variety of guest needs. These services include:
- Free scheduled shuttle service to Universal® Orlando Resort, SeaWorld® Orlando, and Wet ‘n’ Wild (reservations required).
- Airport or Walt Disney World theme parks shuttle transportation arrangements (fee applies)

Fountain View Restaurant- Fountain View Restaurant serves daily buffet breakfast from 6:30-10:30am and buffet dinner from 5:00-9:30pm. A full food and alcohol menu is also available for dinner.
- Lite Bite Mini-Market/Deli & Gifts features a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, snacks, and assorted beverages. Open daily for your convenience.
- Topsy Turvey Lounge is open from 5pm until late, daily. Featuring nightly happy hour drink specials, a grille menu for dine-in or carry-out, and lively Karaoke nights.

Pet Policy

IMG_7270Pet Policy/Rates: Responsible pets arriving with their well-behaved humans are welcome to stay with prior approval. Nightly $15/pet nonrefundable fee and applicable taxes apply. Advance reservations required.
For the safety of our guests, employees, and your pet, please adhere to the following policy:
• Pets must be less than fifty (50) pounds (lbs.)—call the hotel for breed restrictions
• Pets must be kept on a leash and have proper supervision at all times when outside of your guest room
• Pets must wear hotel collar with information while on property
• Place the provided “Pet In Room” sign on your guest room door for the duration of your stay
• Your room will not be serviced by housekeeping until you request service and have removed the pet from the guestroom. Housekeeping hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
• Any waste must be removed and disposed of immediately
• For the good of all our guests, please keep noise to a minimum
• There is a charge of $15 per night plus applicable taxes per pet. If paying cash, a $50 deposit is required. The deposit is refundable after our staff has had the opportunity to inspect the room for possible damage.
• Please crate your pet when pet is left unattended in your guest room
